DENIED CLAIM – We got it covered.

Final Settlement – We were able to negotiate for the Insured (Homeowners) more than a HALF OF MILLION DOLLARS. Approximately $550,000.00.

Think about that, from ZERO dollars being paid to the Insured (Homeowner) because the Insurance Company DENIED their claim for damages to nearly $550,000.00.

A pipe froze and burst resulting in approximately 70,000 gallons of water running thru the insureds home while they were away. This claim was originally DENIED by their Insurance Company. After several months of getting nowhere with the insurance company the Homeowners were frustrated, emotionally exhausted and facing huge repair bills on an un-useable, uninhabitable home that they were still making mortgage payments on. They were referred to us by their sympathetic and patient mitigation contractor that was still owed a considerable amount of money. He had seen us in action before. They contacted and immediately hired us to go to work for them. After a thorough analysis, inspection and investigation of the many aspects of the claim we were able to get the Insurance Company to capitulate and they agreed to cover the claim.

ALSO, while inspecting the garage damage we noticed Storm damage to the roof and siding on the Main House. We informed the insured, filed another claim as this was unrelated to the fire claim on the garage and were able to get their entire roof and all the damaged T-111 siding on the rear side dwelling addition replaced. Final Settlement – $14,500.00
